The hotel was built in Aegean style architecture of blue and white colors surrounded by beautiful gardens with palm trees and colorful flowers. The resort is facing the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.

The building complex includes 263 rooms combining traditional Greek hospitality with the facilities of a four star hotel.

The land area in which it is located is over 73000 square meters.

The building area presented in the blueprints refers to a specific part of 42600 square meters of the owned land. The remaining 35500 square meters can be used in the future  for the addition of more facilities
